Nithons high-temperature and high-pressure consistometer adopts a lubrication-free pneumatic booster pump matched with a pneumatic control needle valve, and a high-precision pressure sensor. The pressure of kettle body will be automatically adjusted within API specification range, and it can easily achieve accurate control of ±0.7MP during the pressure rising and maintaining stage. It ensures an accurate simulation of the high-pressure environment in the well.
In case of abnormal overpressure, when the pressure exceeds the limit level, the consistometer will automatically alarm and relieve the pressure to ensure the safety of instrument and personnel. Meanwhile,Nithons consistometer is also equipped with a bursting disc to achieve mechanical pressure relief, providing dual protection and dual safety.
