Tianjin Kelioil Engineering Material and Technology Co., Ltd. was founded.
After three years of research and development, Kelioil established its first production base and put it into production. The products are mainly used in major domestic oilfields.
Kelioil purchased land in Ninghe, Tianjin, and the area of its production base reached 30,000 square meters.
Kelioil has ranked among the top 5 producers and sellers of oil well cement additives in China, becoming one of the largest domestic professional manufacturers.
Kelioil explored the international market and became a global supplier.In the same year, Kelioil developed the powder type AMPS polymer multi-functional fluid loss additive and obtained the invention patent.
The "Intelligent Production Line for Complete Sets of Oil Well Cementing Material Production Equipment" independently developed by Kelioil and has obtained software registration rights. In the same year, Kelioil passed the ISO9000 certification.
