CH710 High Temperature Polymer Retarder

Product Description
CH710 is a Hight temperature polymer retarder.
CH710's applicable temperature is below 4000℉(204.4℃, BHCT).
CH710's thickening time has a linear relationship with the dosage. A right-angle thickening curve can be achieved, and the abrupt change in the consistency of the cement slurry is relatively small.
CH710 can enable the strength of the cement to develop well.
CH710 has good compatibility with polymer fluid loss additive, and little influence on fluid loss performance at high temperature.
CH710 contains of L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freezing liquid and S-P type powder.
CH710's dosage is 2.0-8.0 (BWOC) for liquid products, and 0.5-2.5% (BWOC) for powder product.

PACKING AND STORAGE
The liquid type products should be used within 12 months after production. Packed in 25kg, 200L and 5 US gallon plastic barrels. The powder type products should be used within 24 months after production. Packed in25kg bag.
Customized packages are also available.
Once expired, it shall be tested before use.

Polymer Retarders
The molecules of polymer retarders contain functional groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. They are adsorbed on the surface of cement particles via hydrogen bonds, blocking the contact between water and cement minerals and thereby slowing down the hydration process. The carboxyl groups chelate with calcium ions, reducing the concentration of calcium ions and interfering with the crystallization process. As a result, the thickening time of the cement slurry is extended, ensuring the pumpability of the cement slurry and the safety of well - cementing operations.
