Composition: API Class G(HSR) 600g, silica flour 210g(35%), silica fume 36g(6%), mixed water 342g (including), defoamer 1.8g(0.3%), CH610.

Note: The dosage of CH610 is determined under the precondition of adjusting the thickening time range of cement slurry at 150℃ to 200-375 min.

CH610 is a high temperature polymer retarder independently developed by Kelioil, which is applicable to high temperature deep wells below 302°F (150℃).

During the cementing operation, this high-temperature retarder exhibits unique performance advantages. Its thickening time shows a clear linear relationship with the dosage and temperature, and the thickening curve is approximately in a "right-angle" shape, which provides an accurate basis for time control during the construction process. Moreover, after using this retarder, the strength of the set cement can develop rapidly. Especially at the top of the sealing section, the phenomenon of over-retardation will not occur, effectively ensuring the sealing quality. At the same time, it has a good compatibility with the polymer fluid loss reducer, and has a negligible impact on the fluid loss performance under high-temperature conditions.
