In 3,000-meter-deep wells (150°C, over 30MPa), it extends ordinary cement slurry's setting time from under 1 hour to 4-8 hours-enough for pumping it to the oil layer-wellbore gap. Composition: API Class G(HSR) 600g, silica flour 210g(35%), silica fume 36g(6%), mixed water 342g (including), defoamer 1.8g(0.3%), CH610.

Note: The dosage of CH610 is determined under the precondition of adjusting the thickening time range of cement slurry at 150℃ to 200-375 min.

Before Use: Conduct compatibility analysis and laboratory compatibility tests based on downhole conditions (such as temperature and pressure) and cement slurry formulation to determine the type of retarder and its optimal dosage.
During Use: Accurately measure the retarder by weight percentage of cement (0.1%-2.0% bwoc), mix it uniformly with the cement slurry via an automatic system, and pump the mixture into the wellbore within 30 minutes after mixing.
After Use: Real-time monitor the thickening time of the cement slurry during the operation; after the operation, verify the effect through acoustic logging and strength testing to ensure cementing quality.
Precautions: Avoid mixing with incompatible substances, properly protect the retarder during storage, and ensure operators take safety protection measures.
