Dual Cell and Dual Temperature Control System
This system has two water baths that work separately. Each one can heat or cool on its own without affecting the other. So, it can do two tests at the same time under different temperatures (at least 50°C). One NCCQ atmospheric consistometer is equal to two normal ones. The old type can only control one temperature and do one test at a time, but this new one has two chambers, so it can work twice as fast and is good for comparing test results under different temperatures.
Mixing Paddle with Removable Cone Point Threaded Rod
The cone-tip threaded rod is connected to the middle shaft of the mixing paddle by a screw thread. When the rod gets old or worn out, users only need to change this small rod instead of changing the whole mixing paddle. This design helps the paddle last longer and saves money.
