The high-temperature and high-pressure thickening tester of Nithons is a new-generation fully automatic instrument designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Specification 10. It is used to simulate the high-temperature and high-pressure environment downhole and continuously measure the consistency change and thickening time of oil well cement.

• Intelligent Pressure Control Function. Uses lub - free pneumatic booster pump w/ air - hole needle valve & high - prec sensor. Achieves ±0.7MPa precise control in pressure - rise & hold stages. Auto - alarms & relieves pressure if over - press. Burst disc for dual mech pressure relief, safeguarding instrument & personnel.
• Operational Convenience. Large touch - screen for easy data & curve viewing. Can set Eurotherm temp controller etc. params via touch - screen. Intelligent calibration system: calibrates consistency & temp through touch - screen with potentiometer, simplifying operation.
