Dual Cell and Dual Temperature Control System

The system features two independent water bath modules, each capable of heating or cooling separately without mutual interference. This design allows simultaneous testing under two different temperature conditions (minimum 50°C). One NCCQ Atmospheric Consistometer performs the work of two conventional units - while traditional models operate with a single temperature-control system that supports only one test at a time, this dual-chamber configuration effectively doubles testing efficiency and is ideal for applications requiring temperature-based result comparisons.

Mixing Paddle with Removable Cone Point Threaded Rod 


The cone-tip threaded rod engages with the central shaft of the mixing paddle through a threaded connection. When the rod becomes worn over time, users can simply replace the cone-tip threaded rod without the need to change the entire mixing paddle. This design extends the paddle's service life and significantly reduces maintenance costs.
