The advanced version of the cementing rotational viscometer features an electric lifting test platform, which significantly enhances the ease and convenience of operation. This innovative design allows users to effortlessly select the appropriate testing mode prior to commencing the experiment. Once the mode is chosen, the rotor begins to rotate automatically at a consistent speed of 3 revolutions per minute, in accordance with API specifications. This automatic rotation is crucial as it helps to reduce the gelling degree of the cement slurry, ensuring that the mixture is uniformly dispersed. This uniformity is vital for achieving optimal performance, as it allows the cement slurry to effectively fill the spaces between the rotor and the stator, leading to more reliable test results.

The test platform is equipped with a user-friendly lifting switch, allowing for easy adjustments during the testing process. Above the platform, a strategically placed lighting lamp illuminates the workspace, providing clear visibility of the liquid level and the overall experimental conditions. This feature is particularly beneficial, as it enables users to monitor the slurry cup closely. When the liquid level approaches the designated rotor liquid level line, the fine-tuning function can be employed to make precise adjustments. This capability ensures that the experimental data collected is not only accurate but also reflective of the true behavior of the cement slurry under test conditions.
