CG610 is a high-performance additive developed by Keli Aor, specifically designed for enhancing the performance of cement slurries in oil and gas well cementing operations. It is formulated to optimize key properties such as fluid loss control, stability, and compatibility with various cement types and environmental conditions. The product is available in both powder and liquid forms, ensuring flexibility in application across different construction scenarios.
2. Application
CG610 is primarily used in oilfield cementing engineering, suitable for medium to high-temperature well conditions (30°C to 180°C / 86°F to 356°F). It is compatible with multiple cement types, including Class G, Dyckerhoff, API Class B, and API Class H, and can be applied in diverse water systems such as fresh water, saltwater, seawater, and saturated brine. Its core functions include reducing fluid loss, improving slurry stability, and maintaining optimal rheological properties, thereby enhancing wellbore sealing integrity

6. Safety and Handling
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
Handling: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and dust masks during handling to avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, or inhalation of dust.
First Aid: In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water; for eye contact, flush with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. If ingested, do not induce vomiting and consult a physician immediately.
Disposal: Dispose of unused product and packaging in accordance with local environmental regulations. Do not discharge into water bodies or soil.
