1.CG610 fluid loss additive is a man-made polymer. It can work well to reduce the amount of water that escapes from the cement mixture into porous rock layers during the cementing process.
2.It is suitable for wells with medium to high temperatures.
3.It can control water loss in cement mixtures that are light, normal, or high in density.
4.It can be mixed with different types of water: from fresh water to water that is completely full of salt.
5.It can be used at temperatures below 204.4℃ (400℉, bottom hole circulating temperature).
6.It works well with other added chemicals.
7.The CG610 series includes three types: L-type liquid, L-A type anti-freeze liquid, and S-P type powder.
8.Suggested amounts to use: 2.0-6.0% (based on the weight of the cement) for liquid products, and 0.6-2.5% (based on the weight of the cement) for powder products.
