KELIOIL provides a comprehensive range of fluid loss control additives designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern oil well cementing operations. Our additives are formulated to minimize the loss of filtrate from cement slurry to the formation, thereby maintaining slurry consistency, hydraulic integrity, and zonal isolation throughout the cementing process.
KELIOIL's additives exhibit superior performance in both freshwater and saltwater systems and maintain excellent stability under high temperature and high salinity conditions. They effectively improve cement slurry rheology, reduce free water separation, and ensure uniform set cement.

Performance Mechanism
The KELIOIL fluid loss additive acts by forming a thin, low-permeability filter cake on the borehole wall or casing surface. This barrier significantly reduces filtration rate and fluid migration, which helps maintain the designed water-to-cement ratio and prevents premature dehydration of the cement slurry.
The polymer molecules within the additive enhance viscosity control, interact synergistically with other cementing additives such as dispersants, retarders, and extenders, and provide strong thermal stability even in harsh downhole environments.

Key Advantages
- Superior fluid loss control: Maintains fluid loss below industry standards even under extreme conditions.
- Excellent temperature resistance: Stable up to 180–200 °C, suitable for deep and HPHT wells.
- High salt tolerance: Performs effectively in seawater and saturated brine systems.
- Improves cement bonding: Ensures uniform hydration and strong compressive strength.
- Compatible with all cement grades (API Class A–H).
- Low dosage, high efficiency: Achieves performance with minimal addition (typically 0.3–1.0 % BWOC).
- Reduces free water and enhances slurry stability during pumping and setting.
