The principle of the constant speed mixer is mainly based on the motor driving the stirrer (stirring paddle or stirring rod) to rotate in the container, and the stirring speed is kept constant through the precise adjustment of the control system. The constant speed mixer is usually composed of a motor, a reducer, a controller and a stirrer. After the motor is connected to the power supply through the power cord, a rotating magnetic field is generated to drive the rotor to rotate. The rotor is decelerated and increased in torque through the reducer, and finally drives the stirrer to rotate in the container. The controller is responsible for adjusting the speed of the motor to ensure that the stirring speed is constant, and the stirring speed can be kept stable even when the load changes.

Working principle ‌Motor drive‌: After the motor is connected to the power supply through the power cord, a rotating magnetic field is generated to drive the rotor to rotate. The rotor is decelerated and increased in torque through the reducer, and finally drives the stirrer to rotate in the container.
‌Speed control‌: The controller is responsible for adjusting the speed of the motor to ensure that the stirring speed is constant. When the load changes, the controller automatically adjusts the output power of the motor to maintain the stability of the stirring speed.
‌Stirring effect‌: The stirring bar will generate centrifugal force inside the liquid during rotation, forming a vortex, which promotes the exchange and mixing of various parts in the solution. At the same time, the shear force of the stirring bar on the liquid also enhances the interaction between molecules, further accelerating the mixing process‌
